About Me

My love of art began during my formative years while living in London, England. Being exposed to the many galleries as well as art culture was where it all started.

I studied graphic design at York University in Toronto but my best years were spent studying fine arts at the Alberta College of Art. (now the Alberta University of the Arts) I am based in Calgary, Alberta and I share a beautiful home with my husband who is ever so supportive. He builds the cradled wood panels that I paint on. My passion is drawing and oil painting and creating art truly feeds my soul. I hope you can see that in my work. Recently I have discovered a love of crows. I try to capture their unique and individual characteristics as well as their beauty. My paintings are not exclusive to crows but they have captured my heart.
